How does the free daily limit work?
Each tool has its own daily allowance of 5 tasks, so using Merge doesn't eat into Compress or PDF to Word. Limits reset at midnight UTC. A task is one click on the main button, however many files it processes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. No questions asked.
What is your refund policy?
If Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used Pro since the renewal.
Who handles payments?
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. They process your card, PayPal or other local payment method securely and handle sales tax and VAT, so the price you see at checkout includes any tax due.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly costs $50 — the same as 10 months on the monthly plan, so you get 2 months free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use Manage billing in your account, or contact us and we'll switch it for you. Any difference is prorated by Paddle.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle emails a receipt after every payment, and your invoices are listed on your Account page with a download link.
What does "fair use" mean?
Pro has no daily limit for normal use. We only step in to stop automated abuse — far beyond what any person processes in a day.
